Description of Information Collected and Usage

Unless the user provides it voluntarily, ChemBytes does not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors to our website. When you place an order online with us, we use third-party e-commerce services for secure payment transactions. We do NOT keep credit card information as part of your product purchase. After completed purchase, online or otherwise, we keep personally identifiable data such as your name, e-mail address and mailing address in our database, for the purpose of sending you the purchased software activation codes and/or packages, to retain proof of your purchase, and for providing support to you.

ChemBytes offers customers trial or demonstration versions of its software to provide adequate opportunity to assess the value of its products prior to purchase. You can test hands-on how the application fits your needs in your own environment and your real-world scenarios. We therefore do not offer refunds on software where the activation code already has been sent to the customer. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall it. Therefore ChemBytes generally does not accept product refunds or exchanges.
